Default We all own CBR's so.....

at some point we need to strip the engine and replace bits..... main bearings and the list go's on.

So my question is what do you guys use to work on your engine???? do you use standard car engine stands and if so how have you adapted them to accept the honda engine mounts??

I'm planning to strip mine over the winter and redo the rings and bearings and all and wondered how others spin there engine>

Thanks in advance

After I threw a rod I did exactly this. Then set it on the work bench and started stripping it.

Same way (but in reverse) for building a newish engine.
