Upper fairing stay polish.

Does anyone know if the upper fairing bracket that goes from the tank to the mirrors, is able to be polished? If the paint is taken off of it, is it a polishable metal?

pretty sure its just plain ol steel. you can polish just about any metal that you can get smooth.

steel will rust Very quickly.aluminum will Oxidize i recomend a Flat black enamel paint.I know this part is Steel

You can powdercoat a chrome like finish on it and have the best of both worlds
