i'm wanting to thin out the back end of my 93 900...does anyone know what other models of tail pieces would fit this model...exp. would a 929 piece or a 954 piece fit??? if anyone has any ideas i gladly welcome them.

 

If you can fabricate, anything can be done. I've seen both 929/954 tails put on 900RR's. It's going to take the sub frame from the donor in question, and then you have to figure out what it's going to take to mount that to your existing frame.
