I want to remove the wheels from my bike so i can take them to the shop and have them change my tires, now i was wondering about lifting the bike up, My dad has a lift for his harley and i was wondering if i could use that to lift it up cause when it lifts the harley up it pushes up against the frame, but on the honda it would be pushing up against the exhaust( i think) on the underside of the bike, would that be ok or would it mess with the exhaust pipes bend them or somethin, does anyone know??? the reason i dont want to take the whole bike in is because i am going to change a new chain and sprockets and clean the rims while there off and i dont want to pay for somethin i can do myself.

I used one on my bike and I was worried that it would push my pipe up and screw the whole system up, but I took it real slow and made sure that nothing was stressed and it worked fine. I am planning on getting stands because I don't want to do that again. Just a bit too much stress on the exhaust for my likes. In short, get some paddock stands.
The bottom fairing will need to come off with the Harley stand.
