Rattling is from a cam chain?

Rattling is from a cam chain?
Mine is 1997 cbr900rr:
1. In idling, it doesn't make any rattling from the engine.
2. In the normal run, I accelerate my blade and a rattling sound comes out and then a higher rpm makes it louder.
There is no power loss although the engine keeps it rattling.
Do I need to replace the cam chain tensioner?
