Here's a few pics from the one I made. The pics are from before I put the pinstripe on it, now it has the pinstripe but I have no camera.

Crazyhorse you should have written up a how to on it looks pretty nice. I thought about making one on mine but I ended up re-upholstering both seats and since I went through all the work I'm gonna keep it that way for a while.

I was going to make mine by taking the seat foam off the plastic seat pan and using expandable foam to make a blank then shape it to a cowl then glass it and paint it. How did you make yours?

I pretty much did the same thing, execpt didnt use expandable foam. I tried it, but once you got to shaping it, the heat jacked with it and warped everything. I used some green foam I got from walmart. It was real stiff and came it blocks that I glued together. Shaped them with a die grinder, covered it in foil, then glassed it.

I'd recommend buying another rear seat and giving it a shot. I'm absolutely in love with mine now. It makes you feel like you sink into the bike more and also gives you a bit of a backrest if you find yourself standing on the rear wheel. Overall, was pretty simple to make if your halfway technically inclined.

I wish you could do a simple write up man, or better yet, make me one and send it to me ready to paint, I can paint match it myselft. name your price man. name your fuggin price.
I have a 99 900, if you consider doing this for me, btw where are you located.

Well good to hear man, My girl is on the shot as well. Not stroked tho, just a 5.0L. I race her the same place I race the bike. I'll consider doing some sort of a write up. I'm going to give it another attempt here soon, try and get the paint to match. And yes, the tail is really tall, as tall as the tank actually. Which is exactly where I wanted it. But ya, I'll consider a write up, it was actually really simple man

If I ever find a cheap seat on ebay I'll try it as well. First one to write a how-to wins
