Did any of you guy's need special parts to switch the stock shift pattern to GP shift pattern?

Most of my bikes I just move the shift tang to change the shift pattern, Got a great deal on a cbr 900rr 96 gonna run through her and make the repairs if any and full tune. Been searching the net for part, haven't found much yet, so I thought that some of you guy's who have on of these bikes can point me in the right directions....

You can just flip the shift arm but IIRC , you have to bend the stock rod slightly to clear the frame.
