That looks a lot like my 98-99 front end.

You can lower the front by dripping the forks through the triple clamps.

Is this a drag bike? I see it has an extended swingarm and is missing one of the front rotors...

that is not a complete 98 99 front end, tho it is a 98 99 front fairing and head light. not too sure what the forks are, not sure they are 93 either.
Why do you want the front lower? if its for handling the first thing I would do is swap back the swing arm to a standard if thats a stretched one, as stretched it will run very wide on the corners on a bike that already runs wide in comparison to todays bikes. after that you could always jack the tail up with a jack up kit from lust racing, raises the *** about 30mm, looks better and helps the bike turn in quicker, I have one and recommend it, as does everyone i meet who has a blade and goes on mine. Regardless of all the above, you should have 2 calipers, I wouldnt ride on the roads above 30mph with your brake set up.
congrats on the bike tho buddy. lookin clean.
