For what it's worth, I have an 87 FZR750 that was having carb problems. Among other things, the mechanic said that the rubbers were so old that they were causing fuel to leak. For all of the work that your doing, a new set of rubbers is cheap insurance that you won't get it all together and then find out that fuel is leaking from the old rubbers. Just my .02 worth.

Looks good. What's that front end from? Looks kinda like an early R1 but then again like a TLR.... it's driving me nuts...lol

it's a 92 gsxr front end it was done when the bike was new. triples forks brakes wheel were purchaced new from suzuki in 92 petterson pro suspension machined down the stem to fit the cbr it was expensive when i did it but you could do this mod cheap with salvage parts gmd computack set up the suspension to the sweet numbers. the good thing is if you were to race vintage 7 this bike would be eligble because these parts were available when the bike was new

Same exact setup I was using, just pulled the front end off this week for something much better.
