Thanks for the replies. I basically did just that but a little more home-made. I took a threaded nut and dremelled out the whole in the frame so it would fit and JB welded it in place. This time it held really well and I'm all set. I love JB welld.

 

MM i would, as a Engineer what i would do is Anchor it with a spread anchor.Drill to specific size, drive in with a hammer then screw it up the anchor will then spread. Easiy and cheap should cost about 2 bucks in total.
