Major league front fork issue!!

Rider's left fork continues to leak oil.
Have replaced fork seals three times (every time w/ new).
Re-valved with Race Tech gold valve kit.
Still leaks.
My concern is that the internal cartridge has expired,
or that I have a bent fork tube.
Anyone?? Anything??

we are all assuming that the leak is coming from the seal area? Is that where it leaks or is it at the bottom of the leg? If the leak comes from the seal then do you mind if I ask if you replaced the dust boot or the oil lock sealing O ring that resides below the dust cap? This is definitely a stupid question but it never hurts to ask/. If that is the deal you have replaced with new, did you pre-lube the seal, and did you check the sealing surface of the stanchion tube before assembly? If you have a straight edge than checking the tubes would be the quickest way to rule out the tubes as the issue. Just gotta bite the bullet and pull those things apart again and see if they are bent at all. If your the second owner then its possible the first owner slid out anf the forks got hit hard. Confirm your straightness and let us know.

Sounds to me like like you might have scars on the fork tubes. Due to many miles of riding, or dirt or sand getting lodged in between the dust seal and the fork tube, resulting in the fork tube getting very scarred up. If this is what has happened then your best bet is to replace the fork.
