So yeah im looking for the real thing if its available online. I downloaded one from an online merchant and for some reason 96% of the pictures arent in the manual. And of course they arent responding to emails to get my money back. So does anyone know where i can download the real thing? I dont mind paying as long as i know it has everything including the pictures. Thanks in advance!

I got the F4i manual from this guy. From what I can tell it's an exact duplicate of the actual manual. I'm very satisfied with mine, tho its getting oily

 

The Clymer manual for '93-'99 CBR900RR is ten times better and twice as thick as the official Honda book. More easily available, too. I ordered mine online for like $28.

I was under the assumption that the honda shop service manual was the most detailed? Is that not true? I need something that has a ton of pictures for visual referance points...not just words...which is what i have now. If you tell me the clymers has all that ill buy it now!

 

Yep, the Clymer has detailed photos (with arrows pointing to the exact part or method that needs attention). And the walk-throughs for each task are light-years ahead of the Honda book. It also has electrical diagrams specific to each of the three-ish generations of 900RR, plus torque specs, service schedules ... everything. You won't be disappointed.

Actually that's a misnomer. 900RR models are grouped '93-'94 ... '95 ... '96-'97 ... '98-'99.

1995 was a cross between '94 and '96. '98 and '99 don't share many parts with previous models.

The Clymer manual separates service methods and photos based on model years.

 

So the clymer is the book to go by since it covers everything then?
