Default jet kit for my 95

We put a K&N filter,Yoshimura exhaust and I beleive it has a header also.
Stock head. I am Looking for a jet kit. I have found stage 1 for use with a stock filter and aftermarket exhaust. Or a stage 3 with no description of what it is used for. I thought I had seen before that a stage 3 is for when head work is done to it?
Here is the link to the best deal I found. It has 3 jet sizes. With the set up I have does anybody know the best main jets to use?

forget the jet kit just fit 122 mains on the out side cylinders and 124 on the in side 2 .that will give you 120+ bhp at the rear wheel

found the dynojet site and they said with my setup to go with 124's. I am really curious as to why you would use different sizes between the center 2 and outer 2 cylinders?

the centre cylinders run hotter so the bigger jets help keep it cooler any dyno teck worth the money will say the same
