i got a 99 cluster with 16xxx miles on it. give me 80 for it. .

As for resetting your odometer, There is a guy on RRzone.com that says it can be done and he knows how to do it. I can't remember his user name, Look at the F4I gauge swap thread and you will find him. The thread is quite long

I have two extra clusters laying around. I am not sure what works on them and what doesn't. As for adjusting the odometer... that would be illegal, so no, there is no way to adjust these.

Very often , the mileage is captured by the odometer itself and not typically adjustable although there are ways an experienced tech can reset it. However , generally digital odometers are self contained units and can can by swapped and retain the logged miles. Having not had a 900RR cluster apart I can't say if that's a difficult task.

It's not 'illegal' to have the odometer corrected to depic the correct mileage for the vehicle. It's only considered fraud if it's tampered with to show inaccurate mileage and only prosicuted if this can be proven after the sale of the vehicle.
