Indicator mounting
Have these inner fairings been cut? Not 100% on how the indicators mount but on inspection of some standard indicators online it seems the inner fairing should not have this big hole but should be filled in and have a small and slightly bigger hole for the standard indicators to mount on. Or did this change from early to later models?
Not absolutely sure on the 900RR but against the pic here:

It seems that the mounting is on the inner fairing and not the outer as per the 600 which would suggest that it is fine.

You can repair inner fairings easily enough. Glue flat piece of ABS on surface facing outside of bike. Then drill 2 holes for mounting winkers. One small hole for bolt and larger hole for locating-collar on winkers.
Yes. Exactly what I planned on doing. Just got to find some indicators now as not sure if the sc28 are different to later models
