Thanks guys! Still in need ofvotes. According to chainstretcher's last update, I am still behind in the count. Please keep 'em coming!!! Let's get an oldie in this month!!
Scutfargas, maybe you should post a pic of your bike too.

It would probably get people's interest even quicker and I'm sure would get them to vote.

Can you tell us a bit more about your bike?

Are you the original owner?

How do you manage to keep it in such great condition?

There is a 600f2 owner (black/purple/pink) whose bike is in pretty much the same condition as yours, mint or nearly mint.

MT, do you mean put more pics up in the ROTM thread? I will have to see if I have more. I added two more to the one you vote on. If you mean in this thread, I will add them to the end of this post.

I am not the original owner, however I did buy one exactly like it brand new before it hit the showroom floor back in 1993. I kept it for a few years and got rid of it. I ran across this one and couldn't pass it up. I am the 2nd owner. It has around 12,400 miles on it. There is no real secret in keeping it up. I just wash it after every ride.I blow off any excess water left from the wash with an air compressor to prevent any water marks, and polish and wax it every other month. The biggest pain are the wheels.

Here are the photos that are in the contest.

Scutfargas, I'm sorry I meant to post pics in this thread. Thanks for adding them the bike looks fantastic.

Hopefully all of us 900rr owners can help you win ROTM!

Thanks for the tips on keeping your bike clean and looking new.

Wow, I'm so happy to see clean, and I mean CLEAN 900rrs like this still out there!

If I had an unlimited budget, I'd probably buy one like yours and have it sent to my island!

December 2008 ROTM Election Results Update : 98 votes as of now

imzaanedoo 35%

bignibb 16%

scutfargas 25%

CBRclassic 4%

Napalm1000 20%

Only 10 votes separate 1st and 2nd ... there is still time for an upset or a landslide. YOU and only YOU have the ability to affect this outcome.

Trying for a last minute push to get some more votes!!!
