Sears is competitive for a quality tool, I love the pawnshops though.

Actually we found a socket that reached and used rubber hose to get them out

Go and find the cheapest socket you can find (10mm i think) that has the thinnest wall of metal. Good sturdy sockets won't fit very well or at all, but the cheap one's you find at a dollar store work great.

The rubber hose is a good trick too. Also, I went on ebay and was able to find the tool kit for our bikes there for pretty cheap and having that socket makes it way easy to come in from the sides and do the plugs vs. taking off the tank and going in from the top.

Good luck!

you need an 18 mm deep well socket with a swivel extention to reach the outside 2 around the frame and also it is easier if you use a magnet to pick them out. remove the tank to get to the others might as well check the carbs while you are right there!!! air filter maybe, let me guess your bike has been sitting through the winter and you cant figure out why it wont run off of the choke!!

Thanks guys!

No I live in Florida lol but the bike was given to me, I had to replace ignition coils which I picked up for 50 bucks for both which included wires and caps, we still didn't get spark, got plugs out and tested them they were sparking out the side, after a wire brush cleanup they worked but going to buy new plugs today.

Also had to get a new petcock.

Thanks for ur posts btw
