HI BAD BERING HOW TO REPLAISE
HI MY BERINGS ARE BAD AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO REPLACE THEM. IN SIDE THE RIM IS LIKE A TUBE OF SOME THING AND IS LOOSE . HOW DO I FIX IT AND HOW DO I REPLASE THE BERINGS . MANDO

Unless you have the correct tools I highly recommend just taking the wheel off and bringing it to a bike mechanic. With the wheel off it should only take them 30 min of labor + parts.
