RE: GIXXER KILLER
I know that it wont beat it on a straight out stock motor but i am trying to see if it will fit because the motor will have a turbo. I am looking at running about 6 pounds of boost on it but dont want to do anything until i can find out if the motor will fit.
Idea number two is to transplant a ZX14 motor into a slightly used ZX12 and just run it on motor only.

I use my 900rr for more than straight lines...
If I was going to look for a substantual amount of extra power I would look into a Arias or Wiseco piston kit and take the 893/919 motor up to 997cc (Wiseco) or 1025cc (Arias). However, the power the 900rr delivers is plenty of enough for me to deal with... any more I'd probably be dead.

Thanks for the advice
What i am dreaming up and trying is going to be my winter hobby. I want to create a 900 honda that can give a gixxer1000 a run for the money and or beat it.
This project will mostly be done for some local braggin rights and self satisfaction that I beat the brakes off a GIXXER 1000 on a 99 CBR900RR

What kind of "beating" are you refering to? Drag racing, track day, "canyon" blasting? If it is drag racing, just lace it up with a huge shot of nitrous and practice your launches. Extended swingarms and such (as ugly as they are) are really good to keep the front end down.
If it's track days or "canyon" blasting then it's all up to your riding skills. I know guys riding 600's that can kill litre bikes alllll day in the twisties. Confidence in what you're riding and your riding abilities are the only thing that need improvement, not displacement.
