So is it worth 400+dollars to use this ignition system or would it be smart to just use their H.O coils and wires it sure would be less about 300 less and what I don't get the box with the Rev limiter and the bike now has a+4 rotor Wichita I would need to replace for the magnetic rotor any ideas

jet kit question
I have a pretty much stock bike its UN molested gem 45k on bike. Second owner nothing cut or chopped. I put on a new D&Scull system and not sure Wich way to go with the jets I k ow I don't want to cut up the air box so from what I have learns it looks like dynajet has a stage2 any ideas would help

I wouldn't change anything on the ignition system unless you needed to change something on the ignition system.
The Dyna is a fine unit but its not a cheap item only to gain some minor adjustability.
For a full exahaust system you going to need a full jet kit.
Stock air box is fine, but you'll need larger main jets and a set of adjustable needles.
Modification of the airbox generally results in a compromise of some ridability.
