Just bought a New D&D full exhaust just wondering if anyone knows what jets to use so i dont have to spend $120 on kit. The exhaust number from D&D is 816-21A . Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you

 

what size jets do you have now? 115 are stock, why change the jets, are you running lean? what kinda Air fliter do you have? i would check you current jet size, if it is 115 what i would do is get a k and N air filter and goto a 117.5 jet size a little larger but just right in my opinion. I have a d and d full with the k and n filter i tried a 120 kit and got poorer performence from it so i went to a 117.5 kit and it worked out fine. i belive 117.5 is a stage 1, but d and d systems alone are supposed to be fine with stock jets, its if you ad other stuff to it, like a better flowing air filter.

 

I do have stock jets and stock air filter I just assumed and was told most of the time when you change full exhaust that you'll have to jet the carbs. thank you for your valuable info i get pipes tuesday and will try stock jets in the afternoon.
