Do you have these mods........?
NOS or Port & Polish? tossing some ideas around, each has its pros and cons and difficulty level considering if either is done wrong its dire straits for your motor, if anyones is running these mods let me know how much, how hard, and difficult they are to do and if you have had any reliability issues...Thanx

port your head out...gasket match and port away. don't polish it tho. will require you to tear the head apart, remove timing chain and remove the head itself to do a good thorough job. u can do it yourself if you're good n steady with a dremel and the right bits. u can research on portin heads alone.
a wet kit won't be as hard since u won't have to tear the motor down. but ur lookin at around $700 for a good wet kit and to tap into each of ur carbs.
honestly, i would do all the bolt-ons that you can before tearin into the motor. like filter, full exhaust, sprockets, flatslide carbs, nitrous. then u can do a timing advancer and adj cam gear when u tear the head off. then port it out, do bigger valves and a full radius valve job, with bigger cams and stiffer valve springs.

gasket match means put the gasket on the part and grind out the material inside the head to the size of the gasket hole. if you didnt know this please dont attempt thiss on your own personally if i were you i would do all the bolton stuff like xtended 900 said flat side carbs gearing full exhaust system, timing advance, and air filters.
