Hmmm . . . still lots of tread left on the edges . . . ha ha ha. What brand/model of tire is that?

Its a Bridgestone 014. Actually not much left at the edge too. I get it for free last month as a secondhand tire when I can't get the stock of the model I ordered. Its was all new at the edge and left a bit at the centre then. But I didn't expect it to worn out so fast. Planning to get a 021; hard compound in the center and soft in the edge. Can't afford to get a supersoft tire when I'm not hitting the twisties that often this days though. Anyway getting old and scared too..

do thoes threads in the center give you better traction???? but realy is that from burnouts or do you have 30k miles on that tire?

I just noticed the same problem withmypilot powers. i have a lot of tread left on the edges. not a lot of twistys in northern Minnesota.
