Buying a basket case 1996 900rr

Wanted to ask what u all thought about a 6,000 mile 1996 cbr 900rr with clean title frame took a part but still rolling chassie all parts look mint still owner is asking 1000 should i buy it ?

i went ahead and got the bike could not wait no more for more input lots of extra parts came with it and a second bike 1995 cbr 900rr hit in the forks still nice

that's not a bad buy for your money as those still blue book around $2500 I think. And if you got another parts bike with it, that's even better. Get some pics we all want to see.

Great deal for sure! Watch out though, as there are quite a few parts that will interchange those years, and also quite a few that don't-

I'd have bought it too!
