Just wondering if the heads were the same throughout the years, thinking of getting another one for my 99, my understanding is i would need another head off a 99 or a 98, but i saw somewhere they're all the same

 

the best years for heads are 98-99..Tthey will fit on a 96-97 but the ports on the 98-99 are cleaner and have better angles so the air/fuel flows are better. Which means better performance. so if you have a 99 stay with that yearhead .

 

will a 919 head fit on my 95 893?
