Default '99 CBR Fork Internals

I was wanting to upgrade my forks but i dont really want to buy a new set, just looking to change out the internals. Does anyone know of a website orsomething where i can go, everything that ive been finding have been for newer cbr's.

Have you looked into Racetech? Google it, you'll find what you need....

yep Racetech is the only company I know that makes 900rr internals. I may be able to help you with springs, but the only ones i can get are .95 rate and that is REALLY stiff. I know as i have them in my forks. If i could i'd swap them out for .85 rate.

If you weigh around 200-275lbs i would say get the .85 or .90 rate. I weigh in at 270lbs myself.. ( super fat but i'm tall too) That chart on racetech is worthless for spring rates and rider weight. That chart probably works ok for a race only bike, but not for street. I wish racetech made progressive rate springs for the 900rr. cushy when your just normal riding but when you hit the twisties they stiffen up
