'94 900RR is for sale, $1,500 as it sits. (That's what I have in it at this point with getting paperwork sorted out and a clean FL title) Does not have lower or mid cowl on right side.

 

This thing needs to go, open to offers/trades, specifically a solid 919 engine for another project.

 

I would list it in the for sale forum in a new thread. You are likely to get more eyes on it.

 

I have a few buyers in line, will post a for sale thread if one of them don't scoop it up.

 

Another change of plans as I've found some great deals on parts, will be rebuilding this one along with the '93, and will be selling the '96. That being said, the '96 is so clean and has so many good parts on it, that it's time to start cannibalizing it.

A lot of cleaning completed, plenty left to go. Almost ready to pull the engine, and getting some parts trickling in..

It's nice to see this project start to take shape, will most likely end up finishing this one up before the '93. I need to find a way to get the lock nut off to get the old engine out, and sort out some boots to cover intake/exhaust ports to give the replacement engine a thorough cleaning.

 

Found a tool to remove the castle nut holding the engine spacer in place, yanked the old lump out and hit everything with the pressure washer.

 

Any suggestions on a domestic source for the socket/tool to remove the lock nut on swing arm?
