Default 93 cbr 900rr oil pan replacement

hey guys I recently stripped the oil drain hole on my bike. I ordered a new oil pan. Can I take it out without taking off the headers? And if I do have to take it out do I also have to take out the radiator? Thanks

Have you considered re-tapping or helicoiling before you condemn the sump ?
You can lay the bike over using locked handle bars and a stand for easier access if you want.
Stretching the thread is common with sumps due to over tightening. If you use a torque wrench when you insert the bolt you’ll doubt it’s anywhere near tight enough, but it really is.
Whatever you decide to do, use a torque wrench when doing the bolts up is my recommendation.
Hope you get it sorted mate.

Looks as if you can just remove it.
