You did seem awfully well-versed for a native Latin American...

mrcrazynutz,
Keep searching ebay, when doing the search try all of the diffrent searches honda 900rr,cbr900 and cbr900rr. I know it's crazy but some people only list under one and not the other. I picked up a complete set for my 93 R/W/B RR from one of them last year, got all of the pieces to include a fuel tankin real nice condition for $600. they had NO cracksand only a scratch on2of the pieces. My painter and I are doing the factory paint R/W/B and the lettering but each of the colors will be a candy.
Yea I know [sm=ttiwwp.gif]
Will post picts when done..... because looking a primer sucks...... But keep doing the search they will come up on Gread bay...[sm=yikesomg.gif] LOL......

im turning my new to me 95 900rr in to a naked bike. all the fairings are in pretty good shape. where you located. maybe we can deal. the only body parts im using is the tank and front fender

ORIGINAL: SpiritRR
Streetfighter might be a good option, but I have yet to see a tastefully naked 900RR. Then again, I haven't looked through any European forums, where the trend began. Try searching for 'Fireblade streetfighter' or something.
If you want a 95-97 (MAS) upper cowl, you'll need the upper fairing stay from those years--it's not the same for 93-94 (MW0). The newer cowls have a hole for a position light whereas the dual-headlight cowl does not. And I'm not sure if the MAS headlight has the same double hook-up as on the 93. Also they changed the little inner fairings by the forks, the mirror stay, the fuse box layout, and the dash panels--all of which hook into the upper cowl.
New plastic is just ridiculously expensive. Which is why the whole 'naked sportbike' thing took off. I say use your own creative skills and come up with a badass, blacked out killing machine. [sm=devilgrin.gif]
WAIT! I found one!

No quite road legal, but a damn good start...

i bought a repsol kit from Hong kong through E-bay, total was $300 and another $200 for shipping, not bad. It got to my house in about 10 days. It looks bad ***! I'll post some pics. 93 cbr 900rr

Which eBay seller did you get it from? Did it fit your bike without major surgery?
