so iam in a situation where iam bike less again i just got off a 929. Iam looking at a 900rr for 1200 it has no plastics and has like 40000 miles i would not pay that much for it cause it also has a salvaged title, but i need a bike. i just cant figure if it would be worth it to even give it a second thought opinions??

 

I wouldn't do it. I just bought a 1998 900rr with 11250 miles on it and i only paid $1400 for it.

 

Keep lookin, there is a lot of complete bikes out there rite now for about the same money

 

I would suggest to continue to look around. Don't get the first bike you see for a low price. There's always bike's to be found on Craigslist for cheap.

yeah i would pass i just got mine with a single swing arm led lights chicane mirrors undertail kit it does have 27k on it but i only paid 2k for it. keep looking man. you can get another 929rr for 4k.

I highly doubt that bike has only 4,000 miles

Speedo's and odometers can easily be switched on bikes
