Hey all, I just found this forum and man the bikes are nice. I owned my first 93 RR RWB in the Air Force in the 90s and it was stolen. I searched for 15 years for one in decent shape to restore and finally found my unicorn. It has some work that needs to be done but all in all, not in bad shape and still runs like ****. Only 21,000 original miles. Apparently a guy bought it and layed it over and it scared him so bad he parked it in his garage for years untouched. It feels good to be back in the saddle of the best bike ever made.


It needs some love but it’s getting there.

 

Congrats on the find! Parts can be tricky to hunt down but little by little they turn up. Good luck with the project, post progress photos if you can
