Cool man!! I like putting personal touches on a bike, I think a rider appreciates it more when they have used their creativity and conjured up something special like your bike.
Nice work!
Is the F3 front rim a direct bolt on change? Did you have to do any modifications for it to fit on your forks?

Actually, the 17" conversionwas already done when I got it. The forks/front wheel and the motor were the only things assembled when I picked it up.
It is a directbolt-on for the 95-97 (I think the 95 has an electronic speedometer). You just use the 900RR rotors, axel, and spacers. No additional mods are required.
With a 93 & 94, you lose the speedometer drive and have to convert over to the 95-99 speedometer (note that the 96-97 and 98-99 have different gauges), driven off the output shaft (front sprocket). This also involves changing out the wiring harness and gauges, which leads to other issues like the fuel pump wiring (96-99 models do not use a fuel pump). Unless you don't care about losing the speedometer.
On a 98-99, the rotors have a different bolt pattern and have to be machined (redrilled) to work with the bolt pattern on the F3 wheel. Also, the forks are spaced farther appart, so you have to add extra spacers to each side.
Hope this explains it.
Just kicked up my tail in prep. for my gsxr tail mod. so here are some pics with the stock tail fairings with the hiked up subframe for those interested.

Here is my 98 RR that I just put back together after 6 weeks in the paint booth. Don't ask... and now I just decided to turn my bike into a Repsol/Nicky Hayden replica which I'm going to start doing in the next two weeks. Doing some of the Repsol decals and paint. I'm also going to convert the tail to a 2K 929 better looking tail to me...opinions and thoughts are welcome on that. Will keep you guys updated on progress.
Here is my 93 i just purchased, very happy with it so far.
