Hello, I bought a 520 "Quick Acceleration" kit, I cannot remember the brand but if you goggle it you can find it easily.

Also came with an aluminum rear sprocket that is supposed to be lighter than stock.

No problems so far, but because my bike has Marvic brand rims, it has a different bolt pattern so I had to get a sprocket custom machined to fit my rim.

what's the best way to find out which and what type of rim it is? that rim looks like any other cbr rim but I tried to look for any indication of what kind it is but can't find anything.

Best way is to post a picture. I was looking at my Vortex catalog and the 900 uses the same sprocket as a lot of bikes, so it is tough to say without seeing it.

I agree with flying, try to post a picture of your rear rim.

My 900rr had the Marvic rims put on by the previous owner...but if you have stock rims with the multiple, white spokes...they look the same as the VFR and the 600f2 rims, then you should be fine with the 900rr quick acceleration kit, I would think.

Default Pictures attached

Here are the pictures, the sprocket that you see on the cush drive is the Renthal 404U-520 48 thooth that I wanted to use. The sprocket in the grass the one that was on the wheel when I got the bike.

The wheel has some writing that it's a Honda wheel and it says it's an Enkei wheel. Any and all help is much appreciated!!

I'll check tomorrow, I should have a stock rear wheel somewhere. You should also send these pictures to where ever you bought it from and see if maybe it was mislabeled.

so I'm sending the sprocket to Pitbull and they're going to make one for me based on the cush drive and the old sprocket.

Man, sorry I forgot to get back to you, but did you find out about the sprocket you had? It appears to be for an 99-02 R6, I would definitely return it if you can.

I remember the kit I got it's the "RK quick acceleration kit"

No problems so far and with the 520 gold chain....though the chain is so grimy you can't really tell what color it is.

It's not a showbike anyway, it runs very well and that's what counts.
