Default 1999 cbr900 vs 2002 gsxr 600

I'm new to this forum and I would like your opinion on which bike I should buy. I'm about 6'1 and about 220.
I'm debating between a 1999 Cbr900rr with 3000 miles with everything stock except a yoshi slip on. 2002 gsxr 600 with 14K miles that has been stunt for a little bit. I love gsxrs so I don't know what to do.

Im a Honda kind of guy so I would have to say the 900 and it has way less miles and will probable last longer. Just me 2 cents.

That gixxer 6 isn't going to have the grunt to pull your size frame around. You'd be much happier with the more torque the 9RR puts out.

Go with the CBR. The 900cc bikes are great bikes. Enjoy.

This is a Honda Forum, do you really think we are going to tell you to buy a gixxer, not. Go with the CBR 900, the 600 is too small for you. Honda or not you need the bigger bike. A stunted bike usually means mistreated, wrecked and that it has lived a much rougher life, especially in this case, 3000 vs 14000.

Being 6'1" I would say the 900RR is a better fit for you, The gixxer is too small for you. I sold my beloved 900RR and bought an R1 and greatly regret selling my 99 900RR, While the R1 is faster it is not even close to being as rider friendly as the RR. I loved that RR and bought it new and never had any problems with it in 23,000 miles, My buddy now has it and rides it every day without any problems and gixxer's seem to be more high maintenance
