I thought it was a little fishy at first too, but when I talked to him on the phone I asked him very specific questions about where he bought it, how long he had it, and who it was financed through. He didn't hesitate at all, and immediately answered the questions.

Apparently he and his fiance are both starting nursing school full time (and getting married) and he said he is in desperate need to eliminate some bills.

The only negative thing, is that GE Money is holding the title, and I will only have a bill of sale until he gets the title and signs it over to me. But I also told him that I'm getting a bank check made out to GE Money and NOT to him, to which he was fine with.

from a individual sound like a good deal to me, from a dealer it was a steal so long as the title is clean.
