Im converting my 2003 cbr600rr intro a track bike, and it has a tinted windscreen and im trying to find a clear one. so my question is what year windscreens are the same? is it just 2003-04? or will newer models fit? will ones from an f4i work?

or better yet, anyone want to trade?

also who on here runs there cbr on the track? anyone have optimal racing plastics for the 05+ I'm considering those and just want peoples opinion.

 

I have an 05 CBR 600RR that is just for the track. I have the Optimal race fairings and they are quite good, especially for the price. The fit on mine was spot on.

As for the windscreen... I put a Puig Double Bubble on there and like it a lot more than the small stock windscreen. If I was doing it again I would probably go with the Zero Gravity Corsa like I put on my 1kRR since I can get behind it easier. I'm not sure about which years match up.

 

Only 03-04 windscreens work since they changed the front fairing design for 05.
