Where I live, there are too many twisties to take it to top speed, but I think it will do warp speed!

 

its all about the ball size man, what ur willing to push it to! on my 06 i ran i ran 170 but yesterday ran 173 but also hugging the tank, and my bike is all stock except for tires and sliders but still shouldn't make a difference, so yeah personally i think its got a lot to do with the ball size not to brag though...

my bike is not stock! engine work, power commander, full system exhaust. i can get mine at 200+

 

might be just me, but i don't think the bike is geared to do anything above 175 (after speed healer is installed.) Have people been changing up there rear sprockets? I've done 161, and she still had more, but I can't imagine getting her to 200, even with exhaust plus power commander with custom map.

The immaturity of this thred amazes me. anyone with half of a mechanical mind knows these bikes dont make enough HP to run up over 175mph. most of us have changed our gears and most have not instaled a speedo healer, if you didn.t know if you change your sprockets -1,+3 and you see 175+mph on your speedo you are probably only doing 120-135mph. so i would list all of your mods before you claim a high speed, me personaly i had her up to 153mph bone stock. i have made sevral mods but speedo healer is in the mail. lets get some realistic feed back.

 

I hope some of you are joking. I can see running 175 if you are the size of Danica Patrick going down hill. LOL

 

bone stock on my 06 i paced a buddy doing 150 since i didnt know the road we were on as well as him.

jardine rt-1 slipon and i did 159-160 (kept fluctuating) on a very windy night.

i now have the slipon, k&n drop-in, and a power commander setup with accel pump for race. i'll have another top speed for this posted when it stops freakin raining here.

 

156 for 2006 CBR600RR.....according to new mag I just read in our m/c shop.....the R6 and 636 went fastest at 160.
