Default What to pay for this 07??

Guy has a 2007 CBR600RR with 3k miles. Comes with Yoshi slip on (No PC) and fendor eliminator. He's also throwing in a Shoei X11 and Shift riding Jacket (both helmet and jacket should fit me). Never been on a track and he's the first and only owner.

He's asking $7,200 obo. I really like the white and pearl, so if it's in good shape (I'm going tonight to check it out) I think $6,800 is fair - keep in mind this is in California so it's probably a little higher than normal.

Thanks mods and I'm looking forward to joining the CBR club! Also, anything specific you would recommend looking for, issues wise, with this bike

I think that 7k sounds good to me but just in case, check kelly blue book and other similar websites to see what they're valued at. Modifications to the bike by the buyer has nothing (shouldn't have anyway) to do with the sale price. I say if you can get it for less than 7k though, heck yeah go for it.

idk, 7k seems a little high, i am in ohio but a buddy of mine is selling his 07 cbr 600rr and i think its got about 2500 miles on it with a shark helmet. hes got a 1 inch crack in the left rear fender from when we came out of the mall and it sunk in the asphalt. But all hes asking is 6200.

And that's just the bike, none of the other stuff you're getting along with it.
