What bike is this ?
Guy said its a2004 yzf 600r.. I think its a 600rr, but the bananna seat is confusing me.
It has a custom paint job, guy has a clean title and ithas never been dropped.. Has a stage 2 jet kitt, k&n airfilter, yoshi rs-3 pipe, pro lowered, zero gravity double bubble shield, slide protectors, chrome ends, vortex racing sprocket, o-ring ek racing chain, and new dunlop tires. He told me he wants $3500 for it. Is that reasonable?

Check it over well for crash damage - a low price and 'custom paint' usually means crashed. There is nothing wrong with a crashed bike, most have been,BUT beware that crash damage can run deeper than a few scratches.
Look it over for obvious over painting - hiding damage. I once saw a FZR that had the most horrendous custom paint job... that was being used to hide what was obvious to me as frame damage but NOT to the first time bike buyer. They even did STUPID things like painted over the brake fluid resevoir site glass...
