Default Vortex Frame sliders

I have an 05 600rr...The vortex sliders im trying to put in...i cant find a thin enough wall socket to fit inbetween the slider and the bolt that will work....how do these things work...What were they thinking? I dont even know if they make a socket with a thin enought wall?

no I have a F4, thats prolly the diff in them, tho ya wouldnt think the inside diameters would change.

I have no idea but...its way to close...I cant fit any socket down in there...I have alot of tools too...You would think they would put an allen head on that bolt?

Not sure what to tell you... if you can, post a picture so we can see what you mean. Other than just hunting for another socket or something (didn't have any troubles with my R&G's), I can only suggest calling the manufacturer and see what they have to say... just incase you got a wrong set in your package or something.

No its the right set.....I called vortex and they said they get calls all the time on the same problem...All i can do is try and look for a smaller Thinner socket i guess....Ive never seen one that thin though?
