Touble with 06 cbr

I just got my exhaust put on and now the red light on my gauge blinks twice and stays on when i'm running. Does any one know what the 2 blinks in a row means? I dont have the manual to look it up.

Thanks for the help, I believe i've found the problem, its a MAP sensor performance problem. Does this mean I need a power commander?

Did you put your exhaust on yourself of have it put on at a shop?
