Default Torque values

Hi all.
Doing a bit of work on a 06 RR and was wondering if anyone has/knows the torque settings for the engine mounting bolts.

Not sure of the specifics for the RR, but they will not be vastly different from the F which I have taken a snapshot of below, hope this helps.

CBR600RR uses engine as stressed-member. And rear suspension attaches to engine. So needs some slightly different torque-specs (definitely use some blue Loctite):

Does anyone know if I loosen the castle nut first on the upper mounting or is it the nut on the far end? Cheers 👍
