red600rr, there are plenty more pics to come now that the ugly stock can is gone. i'll have to play with angles because of the yoshi heat shield, but i'll hook up some sweet *** shots. i did the sliders at the same time because i almost bitch-dropped the bike two weeks ago while putting it up on the rear stand. up until that point i just had the sliders collecting dust in a box on a shelf, since i'm not really into the way they look and i'm fully insured. if i would have bitch-dropped the bike without sliders i would have been so pissed off at myself though...it's not like you file an insurance claim for something like that, since in the end you'll end up paying more in the long run than just fixing things yourself. oh well, they are long overdue.
jfunk, it's a puig double bubble dark smoke. i was told that i'd have to go with a lighter tint if i'd ever want to be able to see through it, but honestly, you can see through the dark smoke just fine in the daylight. if i'd have known at that point in time that i can't really get low enough to use it, i would have gone with the blacked out one (and might still).
