Default Thunder Valley.

Me and Schiraf4I and some other people (Sorry Justin, I don't know your name on here!) headed out to Thunder Valley Raceway Despite the crazy wind and threats of rain. I only made a few runs, but I did post my best time to date (11.769 @ 121.21). Schiraf4I was having some issues with first gear (which we fixed later), so there will have to be a rematch here again when the weather clears back up. (And Justin, if we can get you a chain guard!)

Here's some pics! (I'll post a couple more when I get home tonight)

True... but in all fairness you don't see me passing you before the quarter either.

Here we go! Both our shots down the track. I'm number 6, SchiraF4I is number 3. The first race makes me laugh. You had me right up even to the 1000 foot line, even though I was carrying more speed by the 1/8th.

(I do want a re-match, now that you're shifter is all lined out. What is Justin's name on here anyways?)

Haha, when are you thinkin' you want to tackle that? By then I might be rocking my exhaust and a PCIII... so we'll have to wait and see! Muhahahaha.

Oh yeah, you keep the shifter standard or did you flip it back to motogp?

Yeah, for the first time in forever I wimped out and let the Wife drop me off at work. Oh well. I need to re-wire my front lights... maybe I'll do that tonight. Maybe crank up the space heater and get that done... as long as I can find my soldering iron.

Oh... and I was way off. I had been saying my fastest time I did at the Tulsa Drags was 12.404... that was wrong. I dug up this old post and turns out I was quoting myself a second slower than I'd really run the race. I'll have to dig out the roll of times again and scan the best one... but here's a link to the forum I originally posted...

Well then, as usual, you're welcome to swing by and use whatever I've got in house to move your shifter again and I've got plenty of cleaning supplies. It'll cost ya bringing the soldering iron over though... just incase I can't find mine. haha. Just give me a call if you want to come by. I'll be home by 5:30ish.
