How old are they? If more than a year, they should go in the trash.
Best to buy new. Then you know what's been done on them....ie plugged or not.

There allegedly from an 03 600rr a guy is selling. 8000Kms. 8000 obo. I'm seriously considering. Nothing else around here for that price. I could go new ( 06 600RR $10800 ) But insurance for me is $4000 a year[:'(]

I'm not sure where you live, but if you live in the US.......

$8000 FOR A USED 03 IS WAY TOO MUCH!!!!!

I bought my 2006 600R brand new for $8400 OTD. That dude must be out of his mind trying to get $8000 for a USED 2003 model! Those should be going for around $5000 max, no matter where you live. DO NOT buy ANY used bike (even 06 models) for that outrageous price.

And insurance wise, shop around (and try State Farm). Insurance for motorcycles should be about the same price as car insurance. I pay $73/month for full-coverage.

The tires look fine except for the huge chicken strips, learn how to corner.

Holey. 1st of all, Im in the greatest country in the world, Canada, so yer "dont buy a bike for more than 8g,s" has no value. US prices are much nicer..Canadian MSRP for 06CBR 600RR is $12000+tax, ( go to any motorcycle manufacturer website, like dub dub dub.honda.ca. 2nd of all, its not my bike, even if it was, why are you telling me how" I should learn to corner"... Who are U, Valentino Rossi? and 3rd, because I live in British Columbia, we have the grand total of 1 choice for insurance. But thanks for the imput! I apreciate it! Thanks! [sm=smiley20.gif]
