Default Tax Refund Question

Does anyone who's familiar with the recovery act going on know if I'm able to deduct the tax for my 2009 bike from my tax returns if I financed the bike?

Here's the relevant link

http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/...204519,00.html

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

pretty sure any new vehicle bought in 09' is eligible, my 09 silverado is. Whenever you file it asks if u have purchased a new vehicle this year.
