Suspension Set up

Default Suspension Set up

there is local shop around my house .. this guy told me he will charge 25bucks to set up my suspension for my weight (150-155 including gear ) .. 25 bucks is not a big deal...do u guys think its worth it ? i mean...is this something i could do ? what is best setup for my weight newayz..

If you feel that your suspension needs adjustment then yes it's worth it. You will need to sit on your bike while they adjust it for you.

The best setup for your weight, is the setup that matches your weight and riding style. There's nomagic formula. Everyone's will be different depending on how they ride.

Yea ~ I mana try it out !! im pre sure im going to tell the little differents..i've been riding stock set up for little more than year..if it helps in street and canyon riding i would be happy to pay 25

do it...it makes a world of difference...
if done right...
preload isn't hard to do...but adjusting damping needs more experience...
