I can't see all way way behind me. Just try to adjust the best I can. I always look to change lanes, don't trust the mirrors.

Ditto, in some places the only thing you need to see is a head check then use what the cars don't, that sudden acceleration and no worries! For a lane change it'll work but yea you get the idea.

 

Thats how I set mine up, just lift the arm, and you get a quick glimpse of your 6. has saved my *** plenty of times. I do a quick glance down, lift my arm really quick, and good to go, takes like half a second. If I am not the fastest moving vehicle on the road i just turn and look, but for cop spotting, just lift and arm and all set

 

I do the same, kinda lean and fold my arm in and look. BUT also do a quick head turn. I did see some extenders for them and would help out alot, BUT they LOOK LIKE CRAP!! Good luck!

Tons of great info. I adjusted my left mirror last night and did the peak under my arm and I can see much better behing me. I may have a technique that worked because of all of you.
