It is called fairing stay. If you can wait few weeks, I may be able to give it to you. The middle bolt sleeve that attach the speedo is broken, but both end tabs are there and I've been running it like that. I have brand new one to change to when I do my projector.

BTW the part number for OEM (09) is 17340-MFJ-A40 and Dillon Brothers website sells new one for $70.18
