Yes, many, many times... But last time I looked there were 8 bolts, not 5.
There is no listed troque spec in the manual, it just states "tighten bolts securely.
BUT, Make sure you remove the old sealent from both the case and the cover (if it's even there), and replace using new sealent (honda-bond. yama-bond, ducati-bond, etc... it's all the same stuff) and don't spread it too thick, you only need a very, very light layer.

Ahh.. The 4 that hold the stator and the 1 that holds the wire clamp in place...
Per the manual:
The 4 stator bolts need to be torqued to: 9 ft-lbs (12 N-m)
The 1 wire clamp bolt needs to be torqued to: 10 ft-lbs (14 N-m).
Here's a hint, put a little Honda-Bond between teh wire grommet and the stator cover...
